Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts is accepting applications for new and expansion
grants to enroll approximately 1,000 additional at-risk 3 and 4 year-old
pre-kindergarten students. The purpose of Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts is to
expand the number of children who have the opportunity to experience a Pre-K
